Noodle and Mushroom Pan

The perfect noodle and mushroom pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Pasta (preferably fusilli)
  • 0,5 Pck. Processed herb cheese
  • 1 size Onion
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste (= oil and garlic pureed)
  • 250 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cups Cream
  • Broth (powder)
  • Pepper
  • Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  • Yellow curry powder
  • Chopped fresh parsley
  1. Boil the pasta, drain, quench, set aside. Chop the parsley, set aside.
  2. Peel the onions, dice and sauté. Add mushrooms and sweat too. Add the garlic paste and sweat briefly.
  3. Add the cream and processed cheese, bring to the boil while stirring, season to taste with the specified spices. Fold in fresh parsley, add pasta and serve.
