Apple-vanilla Cake with Sprinkles
The perfect apple-vanilla cake with sprinkles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
batter
- 400 g Flour
- 1 pck. Custard powder for boiling
- 1 pck. Baking powder
- 2 Eggs
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 pck. Vanilla sugar
- 150 g Butter, liquid
- 100 ml Milk
topping
- 1,5 kg Apples
sprinkles
- 200 g Flour
- 100 g Butter, liquid
- 100 g Sugar
batter
- Mix the butter, eggs, vanilla sugar and sugar until foamy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and the pudding powder. Gradually mix the flour mixture and the milk with the egg mixture.
topping
- Peel and core apples and cut into small pieces.
sprinkles
- Mix the flour, sugar and the liquid butter with the dough hook of the mixer. Then work the dough into crumble with your hands.
Final sprint
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease the tray well with margarine. Place the batter on the tray and spread evenly. Spread the apple pieces on the dough and sprinkle the crumble on top. Bake for about 55-60 minutes.
