Apple-vanilla Cake with Sprinkles

  • 400 g Flour
  • 1 pck. Custard powder for boiling
  • 1 pck. Baking powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 150 g Butter, liquid
  • 100 ml Milk

topping

  • 1,5 kg Apples

sprinkles

  • 200 g Flour
  • 100 g Butter, liquid
  • 100 g Sugar

batter

  1. Mix the butter, eggs, vanilla sugar and sugar until foamy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and the pudding powder. Gradually mix the flour mixture and the milk with the egg mixture.

  1. Peel and core apples and cut into small pieces.
