Pizza Western Style Vegetarian

  • 1 recipe Pizza dough
  • 1 piece Vegetable onion
  • 1 piece Yellow peppers
  • 1 Can Canned kidney beans
  • 0,5 Can Chickpeas
  • 250 Milliliters Barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chili con carne spice
  • 200 g Grated cheese
  1. Peel and dice the onion, chop the bell pepper, drain the chickpeas and beans.
  2. Fry the onions in a non-stick pan until translucent (add a little oil if necessary). Then roast the chickpeas. Then add the diced bell pepper and kidney beans and season with the chili con carne spice. Set the vegetables aside to cool.
  3. Prepare the pizza dough (e.g. Matzes pizza dough for cookable or a finished product for a tray). Grease the tray and line it with the dough. Spread the BBQ sauce (I love Blockhouse’s) on the batter, then spread the vegetables on top of the sauce and then sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
