Crunchy Waffles
The perfect crunchy waffles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Butter
- 150 g Sugar
- 4 middle Free range eggs
- 350 g Spelled flour type 630
- 1 tbsp Rum (doesn’t have to be)
- 1 Eßl Vanilla sugar
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 0,5 packet Water
- The butter should be room temperature.
- Then stir all the ingredients together so that no lumps are formed. Add enough water so that the dough is not so thick.
- Please only with water, not with milk.
- Put it in the waffle iron and, depending on the degree of browning, remove it or leave it in the waffle iron. Dust with powdered sugar. And then enjoy.
