Waffles without eggs: you need this
Our ingredients make 8 waffles. If you want to bake more waffles, simply adjust the quantities accordingly.
- 250 grams of wheat flour
- 300 ml milk 3.5%
- 2 teaspoons or 5 grams of baking soda
- 125 grams of margarine
- 75 grams of sugar
- some powdered sugar
Waffles without eggs – that’s how it works
- First, beat the margarine and sugar until fluffy.
- Then add the milk, flour, and baking powder and stir until you get a nice smooth dough.
- Before you put the batter in the waffle iron, you should grease it. Also, choose the highest heat setting, otherwise, the waffles will stick easily.
- Now bake the waffles for about one to two minutes and the delicious waffles are ready.
- Depending on your taste, sprinkle the waffles with powdered sugar after baking.
