Mushroom – Spaghetti – Pan
The perfect mushroom – spaghetti – pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 130 g Spaghetti
- 1 liter Salted water
- 250 g Fresh mushrooms
- 1 shot Corn oil
- 1 Pc. Diced onion
- 150 g Turkey breast fillet
- 1 Cup Peas, TK
- 1 handful Date tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Dried oregano
- Basil
- Dried tarragon
- Thyme freeze dried
- 100 ml Liquid cream
- 2 tablespoon Grana Padano grated
- Clean and cut the mushrooms. Pre-cook the spaghetti in salted water, drain.
- Fry the mushrooms with onions, add after + after turkey, vegetables + spghetti. Deglaze with cream, thicken with cheese.
