Coconut and Fruit Smoothie

The perfect coconut and fruit smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Can Coconut milk
  • 250 ml Buttermilk
  • 150 g Watermelon
  • 200 g Honeydew melon
  • 2 Flat peaches
  • 1 Banana
  • 100 g Blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon Cranberries from the glass
  • Agave syrup
  1. Wash, peel and chop the fruit and place in a large container, puree with the hand blender
  2. Add butter and coconut milk and stir everything together until foamy, sweeten with agave syrup to your liking.
  3. On hot days, enjoy cold a treat; 🙂
