Mushroom – Spaghetti – Pan

The perfect mushroom – spaghetti – pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 130 g Spaghetti
  • 1 liter Salted water
  • 250 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 shot Corn oil
  • 1 Pc. Diced onion
  • 150 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 1 Cup Peas, TK
  • 1 handful Date tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Dried oregano
  • Basil
  • Dried tarragon
  • Thyme freeze dried
  • 100 ml Liquid cream
  • 2 tablespoon Grana Padano grated
  1. Clean and cut the mushrooms. Pre-cook the spaghetti in salted water, drain.
  2. Fry the mushrooms with onions, add after + after turkey, vegetables + spghetti. Deglaze with cream, thicken with cheese.
  3. Serving
