Cold Melon Peel
The perfect cold melon peel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
COLD BOWL
- 1 middle Watermelon seedless
- 1 middle Honeydew melon
- 1 Organic lime
- 20 g Sugar
QUARK DUMPLINGS
- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 1 Vanilla custard powder
- 60 g Sugar
- 1 Egg yolk
- 60 g Amarettini almond biscuits
COLD BOWL
- Divide the watermelon and cut out 200 gr balls, honeydew melon cut out 100 gr balls.
- Puree the rest of the pulp, add the squeezed lime and lime zest, as well as the sugar, stir and set aside.
QUARK NOCK
- Squeeze the quark onto a kitchen towel, mix with the pudding powder, egg yolk and sugar and set aside.
- Now cut off the quark with 2 spoons and simmer in lightly salted, boiling water.
- Mash the amarettini in a freezer bag, place on a plate, remove the cams from the water and roll them in the amarettini.
