Cold Starter Platter with Melon, Ham and Cheese

Ingredients
 

  • 1 half Honeydew melon
  • 150 g Alpine cheese in one piece
  • 6 piece Dried Age Beef slices with a Parmesan coating
  • 4 piece Serrano ham slices

Instructions
 

  • Cut the honeydew melon in half and remove the stones. Best done with a tablespoon. Cover the other half of the honeydew melon with kitchen wrap and place in the refrigerator. Can still be used the next day. Cut the other half into four slices and remove the peel. Cut the melon slices into large pieces in your mouth.
  • Remove the rind from the alpine cheese and cut the cheese into small cubes.
  • Halve the Serrano ham and serve.
  • Arrange the Dried Age beef slices on the plate as well.
  • Finally add two toothpicks to the plate and let it taste good.
