Salad Plate with Cheese, Egg & Yoghurt Dressing
The perfect salad plate with cheese, egg & yoghurt dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Salad dressing:
- 1 Small cucumber
- 1 small Onion
- 2 handful Lettuce leaves
- 1 handful Arugula
- 2 Boiled and salted eggs
- 4 Quäsetal
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 1 shot Vinegar
- 1 pinch Seasoned salt from my KB
- 1 pinch Garlic pepper from my KB
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Fresh herbs of your choice
- 1 Sip Water
- 1 Sip Telly cherry pepper
- Clean the peppers and remove the core, wash and cut into strips. Clean the cucumber, peel a little if necessary, cut in half lengthways and remove the core. Slice. Lift everything under each other. Also peel, quarter and cut the onion into strips!
- Clean, pluck, wash and spin the green lettuce and rocket. Prepare the salad dressing from the above ingredients, if necessary liquefy it with water if it is too thick!
- Peel and quarter the eggs. Halve the quäse and distribute both on plates with the lettuce and the other vegetables. Pour salad sauce over it, sprinkle with herbs and serve!
- Of course, fresh baguette, for example, now also goes with it, etc … 🙂
