Farmer’s Salad with Yoghurt Dressing, Fried Potatoes + Fried Egg.
The perfect farmer’s salad with yoghurt dressing, fried potatoes + fried egg. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Dressing:
- Iceberg lettuce
- 4 Pc. Radish
- 1 disc Emmental
- 1 Pc. Carrot, grated
- 2 Pc. Spring onions fresh, cut
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Dried dill
- 4 tablespoon Natural yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Corn oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
fried potatoes
- 4 Pc. Jacket potatoes
- 60 g Streaky bacon
- 0,5 Pc. Onion
- Dried marjoram
- 2 Pc. Fried eggs
- Salt and pepper
Salad :
- Peel and grate the carrot. Cut the spring onion, mix, place in the center of the plate.
- Tomato, radishes, wash, cut, sprinkle with dill.
- Pluck the iceberg, wash, spin dry and place the carrots.
Making dressing:
- Put all ingredients in a beaker, mix and distribute before serving.
Roasted Potatoes :
- Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Fry the bacon in oil, add the potatoes and onions, fry, always tossing them through. Scatter some nutmeg, salt, pepper from the mill + marjoram.
- Add dressing to the salad. Pour the potato over it. Fried eggs beard, hang up.
