Hack-cake on Lettuce

The perfect hack-cake on lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 tbsp Coconut fat / coconut oil
  • 1 piece Cut onion
  • 1 half White cabbage
  • 2 handful Frozen peas
  • 2 piece Diced carrots
  • 1 tbsp Caraway seed
  • 500 g Organic minced meat
  • 2 piece Organic eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Put the coconut oil or coconut oil in a pan, leave the onions on, then add the chopped white cabbage, the diced carrots, the peas and the caraway seeds, let the whole thing stew a little. Then put in a bowl and let cool.
  2. Now add the minced meat and eggs, season with salt and pepper and mix everything well, put in an ovenproof dish and bake at 180 degrees for a good 45 minutes.
  3. Put the mince cake on a plate and cut. There was also a green salad.
