Hack-cake on Lettuce
The perfect hack-cake on lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 tbsp Coconut fat / coconut oil
- 1 piece Cut onion
- 1 half White cabbage
- 2 handful Frozen peas
- 2 piece Diced carrots
- 1 tbsp Caraway seed
- 500 g Organic minced meat
- 2 piece Organic eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Put the coconut oil or coconut oil in a pan, leave the onions on, then add the chopped white cabbage, the diced carrots, the peas and the caraway seeds, let the whole thing stew a little. Then put in a bowl and let cool.
- Now add the minced meat and eggs, season with salt and pepper and mix everything well, put in an ovenproof dish and bake at 180 degrees for a good 45 minutes.
- Put the mince cake on a plate and cut. There was also a green salad.
