Banana Cheesecake with White Chocolate

The perfect banana cheesecake with white chocolate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Chocolate white
  • 4 Free range eggs
  • 100 g Soft butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 3 Fresh bananas
  • 2 tablespoon Apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 kilogram Quark lean
  • 1 packet Vanilla pudding
  1. Finely grate the white chocolate. Puree the bananas with the apple juice and lemon juice.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir the sugar and softened butter until creamy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Add the grated chocolate and stir in. Now stir in the quark. Add the banana puree and stir in. Finally stir in the vanilla pudding.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared springform pan and smooth it out. Now place the cake in the oven at 180 degrees (top-bottom heat) and bake for about 55-60 minutes. (Chopsticks sample) After the baking time, switch off the oven, open the oven door slightly and allow the cake to evaporate for about 15 minutes. Now take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down in the tin.
