Watermelon – Raspberry Jam
The perfect watermelon – raspberry jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Watermelon pulp
- 350 g Raspberries
- 1 Lime
- 250 g Preserving sugar 3: 1
- 2 stem Mint
- Core and chop the melon, clean and wash the raspberries.
- Wash the lime with hot water, rub the peel and squeeze out the juice, chop the mint.
- Now puree the melon and raspberries and strain through a sieve, add lime juice.
- Mix the fruit puree with the preserving sugar and simmer for 4 minutes, then add the mint and lime zest after 3 minutes.
- Immediately pour the jam into clean, hot-rinsed glasses and close immediately. Turn the jam upside down for about 4 minutes.
