Watermelon – Raspberry Jam

The perfect watermelon – raspberry jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Watermelon pulp
  • 350 g Raspberries
  • 1 Lime
  • 250 g Preserving sugar 3: 1
  • 2 stem Mint
  1. Core and chop the melon, clean and wash the raspberries.
  2. Wash the lime with hot water, rub the peel and squeeze out the juice, chop the mint.
  3. Now puree the melon and raspberries and strain through a sieve, add lime juice.
  4. Mix the fruit puree with the preserving sugar and simmer for 4 minutes, then add the mint and lime zest after 3 minutes.
  5. Immediately pour the jam into clean, hot-rinsed glasses and close immediately. Turn the jam upside down for about 4 minutes.
  6. Now it’s time to enjoy Bon appetit; 🙂
