- 50 g Coconut rasps
- 50 g Cornflakes
- 2 packet White couverture
- Melt the couverture over the water bath. Add the chopped almonds, desiccated coconut and finally the corn flakes and stir everything carefully. Then place small heaps with two teaspoons on baking paper and allow to set.
