Crispy Chicken Schnitzel

The perfect crispy chicken schnitzel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Chicken legs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • Some rapeseed oil
  1. Halve the chicken drumsticks and remove the meat from the bone, season with salt, pepper and paprika on both sides.
  2. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan. First fry the “chicken schnitzel” on the skin side until golden brown and crispy, then turn and finish cooking.
  3. Goes well with a delicious, fresh salad and warm potato rolls or baguette.
