Cooking: Chicken Schnitzel with Curry Sauce
The perfect cooking: chicken schnitzel with curry sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Fresh chicken breast
Marinade:
- Soy sauce
- Sambal Olek
- Maple syrup
- Lemongrass stick
Sauce:
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 small Diced onion
- 1 toe Fresh garlic
- 400 ml Unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tsp Yellow curry paste
- 1 Splash Fish sauce
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Egg whisked
- Breadcrumbs
- Starch to bind
- Soak the chicken breast in the marinade for a day. Then coat, salt and pepper, roll in egg and breadcrumbs and fry briefly in hot oil.
- For the sauce, fry the onions in oil, sauté the garlic and paprika briefly, then sprinkle with curry powder, add the curry paste, fill up with the coconut milk, season and thicken.
