Crispy Chicken Schnitzel
The perfect crispy chicken schnitzel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Chicken legs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- Some rapeseed oil
- Halve the chicken drumsticks and remove the meat from the bone, season with salt, pepper and paprika on both sides.
- Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan. First fry the “chicken schnitzel” on the skin side until golden brown and crispy, then turn and finish cooking.
- Goes well with a delicious, fresh salad and warm potato rolls or baguette.
