Ham Baguette

- 1 piece Baguette
- 100 g Cooked ham
- 120 g Sour cream
- 90 g Grated Gruyère
- 70 g Leek
- 10 g Chopped almonds
- 5 g Chives fresh
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Nutmeg
- In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the Gruyere cheese, finely chopped leek and chives. Cut the ham into small pieces and add to them. Roast the almonds a little in a saucepan, measure and mix. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg. Divide the baguette lengthways and place the individual pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Distribute the measurements on the baguette pieces and bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 15 minutes.
