Kohlrabimus with Chicken

The perfect kohlrabimus with chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Kohlrabi
  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 100 g Organic chicken breast fillets
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped parsley (TK)
  • 4 tbsp Apple juice naturally cloudy
  • 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  1. Wash the potatoes and cook them with the skin on for 20-25 minutes. Wash, peel and dice the kohlrabi at the same time. Cut the chicken breast into strips with the kohlrabi covered in 3 tablespoons of water and cook for 15 minutes. If necessary, add a little more water.
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes and add to the kohlrabi mixture with the parsley and apple juice. Puree everything finely. Freeze in portions. Add 1 tbsp rapeseed oil to each serving before freezing or after thawing.
