Mixed Salad with Trout Fillets

The perfect mixed salad with trout fillets recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Cucumber approx. 150 g
  • 3 Tomatoes about 150 g
  • 0,5 Yellow pepper approx. 100 g
  • 1 Spring onions approx. 50 g
  • 1 Onion approx. 50 g
  • 125 g Smoked trout fillets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0,5 tbsp Light rice vinegar
  • 4 big pinches Mediterranean-Style seasoned salt from the mill
  • 1 Fresh baguette
  1. Peel the cucumber, quarter it lengthways and cut into thin slices. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem and dice. Clean, wash and dice the peppers. Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Peel and dice the onion. Halve the trout fillets lengthways and cut into strips. Put all ingredients (cucumber slices, tomato cubes, paprika cubes, spring onion rings, onion cubes and trout fillet strips) in a bowl and mix carefully with olive oil (2 tbsp), light rice vinegar (½ tbsp) and spice salt from the mill (4 big pinches) . Serve mixed salad with trout fillets and fresh baguette.
