Fruity Millet Porridge

- 200 gr Millet yellow
- 1 liter Soy milk
- 50 gr Vegetable margarine
- 70 gr Whole cane sugar
- 0,5 Tl Lemon zest
- 0,5 Tl Cinnamon
- 1 El Havana Club Rum
- Fresh lemon zest
- Fruit
- Bring the soy milk, margarine, whole cane sugar, cinnamon, lemon zest to the boil and slowly stir in the edible millet and bring to the boil. Stir over low heat until thickened.
- Let it swell for 45 minutes, add the rum and fruit of your choice,
