Yellow Beef Curry

- 250 g Rumpsteak
- 2 Red onions
- 1 Yellow peppers
- 1 Red peppers
- 500 g Fresh broccoli
- 200 g Waxy potatoes
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Yellow curry paste
- 1 tsp Ground turmeric spice
- 165 ml Coconut milk thin
- Salt and pepper
- Cut the rump steak into strips and cut the onions into wedges. Halve the peppers, clean and cut into large pieces. Clean the broccoli and cut into florets. Peel the stalk and cut into small pieces. Peel and roughly dice the potatoes.
- Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the meat on all sides, remove from the pan.
- Put the potatoes and onions in the pan and fry them briefly. Stir in the curry paste and turmeric, roast briefly. Deglaze with coconut milk and 150 ml water. Add the paprika and broccoli cubes, cover and cook for 10 minutes. After 5 minutes, add the broccoli florets and Complete the cooking. Add the meat and just warm it up. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates and serve.
