Fresh Nettle Tea

- 1 piece Stinging nettle tips
- 1 Cup Filtered water
- 1 tsp Acacia honey
- Simply put 1-2 stinging nettle tips in a cup or tea bowl, add the honey and pour 80 degrees of hot water over it and let it steep for 5 minutes. This tea should be drunk hot.
- Tip 2: Now that everything has come to life, I make myself a fresh cup of nettle tea several times a day. Stinging nettle is healthy – diuretic, anti-inflammatory, blood-purifying, has antihypertensive effects, strengthens the immune system and much, much more – a superfood that does not even cost money and takes up with any other cultivated vegetable.
