Wild Garlic and Potato Salad

The perfect wild garlic and potato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 Potatoes
  • 2 Red Onions
  • 6 Radish
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 125 ml Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • Vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Oil
  • 1 bunch Wild garlic fresh
  1. Wash the potatoes and cook with the skin on, drain, allow to evaporate, peel and when they are a little cold cut into slices.
  2. Clean, wash and chop the radishes, add to the potatoes, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Peel the onions, cut into cubes and sauté in a pan with a little oil, add to the potatoes.
  4. Now season the broth with the mustard, vinegar, sugar and vinegar to taste over the potatoes.
  5. Wash the wild garlic, chop it up and add to the salad, carefully stir in everything.
  6. Let the salad steep for 1 hour and season if necessary.
