Wild Garlic and Potato Salad

- 8 Potatoes
- 2 Red Onions
- 6 Radish
- Salt
- Pepper
- 125 ml Broth
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- Vinegar
- Sugar
- Oil
- 1 bunch Wild garlic fresh
- Wash the potatoes and cook with the skin on, drain, allow to evaporate, peel and when they are a little cold cut into slices.
- Clean, wash and chop the radishes, add to the potatoes, season with salt and pepper.
- Peel the onions, cut into cubes and sauté in a pan with a little oil, add to the potatoes.
- Now season the broth with the mustard, vinegar, sugar and vinegar to taste over the potatoes.
- Wash the wild garlic, chop it up and add to the salad, carefully stir in everything.
- Let the salad steep for 1 hour and season if necessary.
