  • 0,25 ring Lyon sausage
  • 1 Pc. Diced onion
  • 1 shot Rapeseed oil
  • 3 tablespoon Finely chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  1. Peel the carrot and cut into thin slices. Blanch in salted water with a pinch of sugar.
  2. Cut the pancakes into strips. Peel off the Lyon skin, cut into strips.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, add after + after onion, Lyoner, carrots, pancakes and fry.
  4. Seasoning and sprinkle with parsley at the end.
