Ingredients
 

  • 230 g Cauliflower
  • 20 g Onion
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 20 g Butter
  • 40 g Mozzarella
  • 40 g Italian herbs and chives as required

Instructions
 

  • Grate cauliflower, cut the onion and chives. Mix everything together with the remaining ingredients in a hand mixer.
  • Form the dough on baking paper with 2 spoons and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes
