- 3 Pc. Pancake strips
- 1 Pc. Carrot
- 0,25 ring Lyon sausage
- 1 Pc. Diced onion
- 1 shot Rapeseed oil
- 3 tablespoon Finely chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Peel the carrot and cut into thin slices. Blanch in salted water with a pinch of sugar.
- Cut the pancakes into strips. Peel off the Lyon skin, cut into strips.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add after + after onion, Lyoner, carrots, pancakes and fry.
- Seasoning and sprinkle with parsley at the end.
