Mediterranean Balsamic Stir-fry Vegetables with Tuna Steak
The perfect mediterranean balsamic stir-fry vegetables with tuna steak recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Vegetables:
- 150 g Zucchini fresh
- 150 g Red pointed peppers
- 100 g Mushrooms brown
- 2 small Fresh onions
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch Garlic pepper from my KB
- 1 pinch Seasoned salt from my KB
- 1 pinch Telly cherry pepper
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 branch Rosemary fresh
- 1 branch Fresh thyme
- 1 branch Fresh oregano
Tuna:
- 2 Tuna steak
- 1 Splash Lemon
- 1 pinch Sea-Salt
Extra:
- 80 g Parmesan cheese
- Clean, wash and roughly cut the paprika and zucchini. Peel the onion and cut into wedges. Peel the garlic and cut into fine slices. Heat olive oil in a pan and stew vegetables with balsamic vinegar for about 10 minutes. Season with garip pepper, seasoned salt and honey! Wash and chop the herbs and finally add them!
- In the meantime, heat the rapeseed oil in another pan. Salt, pepper and sour the fish and fry in the pan for approx. 1-2 minutes on each side!
- Spread the vegetables with fish on the plates and sprinkle with Parmesan! 🙂 Hhhhhhmmm …. 🙂 If you don’t make a LOW CARB, you can go with fresh baguette!
