Citrus Jam Provence
The perfect citrus jam provence recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1,5 kg Orange, lemon and lime fillets
- 1 Grated tonka beans
- 0,5 Vanilla pods
- 2 tbsp Dried lavender flowers
- 1 packet Preserving sugar 3: 1
- Fillet about 2 kg of oranges and squeeze out the juice 5 lemons and 5 limes also until an amount of 5 KG is reached.
- Finely grate the tonka bean and add to the fruit mixture.
- Slit open the vanilla pod and scrape out the pulp, but first cook the pod as well
- Finely chop the lavender flowers and add to the fruit mixture with the sugar. Bring everything to the boil and cook for 3 minutes. Remove the vanilla pod and then pour it into glasses.
