Citrus Jam Provence

The perfect citrus jam provence recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1,5 kg Orange, lemon and lime fillets
  • 1 Grated tonka beans
  • 0,5 Vanilla pods
  • 2 tbsp Dried lavender flowers
  • 1 packet Preserving sugar 3: 1
  1. Fillet about 2 kg of oranges and squeeze out the juice 5 lemons and 5 limes also until an amount of 5 KG is reached.
  2. Finely grate the tonka bean and add to the fruit mixture.
  3. Slit open the vanilla pod and scrape out the pulp, but first cook the pod as well
  4. Finely chop the lavender flowers and add to the fruit mixture with the sugar. Bring everything to the boil and cook for 3 minutes. Remove the vanilla pod and then pour it into glasses.
