Fiery Sausage and Cheese Salad
The perfect fiery sausage and cheese salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Garlic sausage
- 200 g Cheese (any)
- 1,5 Turkish peppers
- 3 tablespoon Chopped parsley leaves
- Onion rings red
- 1 Chilli red
- 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 0,5 Freshly squeezed orange
- 0,5 tablespoon Balsamic fig
- 1,5 teaspoon Honey
- 150 g Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Harisa spice
- Dice the sausage and cheese. Cut the peppers into rings and the tomatoes into slices. Chop the chilli. Mix these ingredients with the onion rings.
- Whisk the olive oil with the orange juice, balsamic vinegar, harissa, honey and yoghurt and season with salt and pepper. Add the dressing to the salad.
