Fiery Sausage and Cheese Salad

The perfect fiery sausage and cheese salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Garlic sausage
  • 200 g Cheese (any)
  • 1,5 Turkish peppers
  • 3 tablespoon Chopped parsley leaves
  • Onion rings red
  • 1 Chilli red
  • 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0,5 Freshly squeezed orange
  • 0,5 tablespoon Balsamic fig
  • 1,5 teaspoon Honey
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Harisa spice
  1. Dice the sausage and cheese. Cut the peppers into rings and the tomatoes into slices. Chop the chilli. Mix these ingredients with the onion rings.
  2. Whisk the olive oil with the orange juice, balsamic vinegar, harissa, honey and yoghurt and season with salt and pepper. Add the dressing to the salad.
  3. I had a medium-aged Gouda.
