Ingredients
- 150 g Stadtwurst poultry sausage
- 150 g Sliced cheese here Gouda
- 20 Fresh radishes
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- Salt and pepper
- Balsamic vinegar
- Sugar
- Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Dice the sausage, cut the onion into rolls. Dice the cheese. Wash and slice the radishes, wash some young radish leaves, finely chop and add. Season with mustard, salt and pepper, add vinegar and oil. Put in the fridge and leave to stand Tastes good in between meals or with dinner.
- My radishes are small and unsorted that is why I distorted the radishes in the garden.
