Fredy’s Cheese and Sausage Salad

The perfect fredy’s cheese and sausage salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 size Cervelats or
  • 1 Lionerwurst
  • 1 size Tomato
  • 2 medium sized Pickles
  • 1 middle Canned corn
  • 1 middle Canned Russian salad
  • 4 tbsp Yolanda salad dressing
  • 2 tbsp Garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 100 g Emmetaler in cubes or Juliennes
  1. Peel the cervelats, cut lengthways and cut into slices. Cut the Emmental into cubes or coarse Juliennes. Cut the tomatoes and pickles into smaller cubes. Put cervelats, cheese, tomatoes, pickles, corn and Russian salad in bowl.
  2. Add the salad sauce, garlic sauce and mayonnaise and mix well. Possibly add some more of the salad sauce.
  3. A good dark bread (in Switzerland it would be a Bürli) is enough.
