Chop in Creamy Pepper Sauce
The perfect chop in creamy pepper sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Pc. Pork chop
- 1 cups Cream
- 0,5 liter Milk
- 1 tbsp Green peppercorns
- 1 tbsp Strength
- 350 g Pasta
- 0,5 pinch Harisa spice
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Creamed roast powder
- Wash the chops, pat dry a little, sear them in a pan and add salt in the pan.
- Remove the chops from the pan. In the same pan, mix the gravy with the vegetable stock and water, then pour in the cream and add the milk.
- Mix the starch with water and thicken the sauce a little, depending on your taste. Bring it to the boil once.
- Then season the sauce, season to taste and put the chops back into the sauce. Simmer gently on a low heat.
- In the meantime, cook the pasta. This also goes well with rice or spaetzle, as you like. We have a salad with every meal.
