Ingredients
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 180 g Sugar
- 125 ml Sunflower or rapeseed oil
- 125 ml Milk
- 300 g Flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 7 Pc. Apples
- Cinnamon
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 75 g Almond flakes or sliced almonds
Instructions
- Beat eggs and sugar for a few minutes until frothy. Gently heat the oil and milk in a saucepan and stir into the egg mixture. Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve and fold in.
- Roughly grate the apples with the skin on. Fold half of the grater under the dough. Put the batter on a baking sheet. Spread the remaining grated apple on top. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon, flaked almonds and vanilla sugar.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees top / bottom heat on the middle rack for about 20 - 30 minutes until golden yellow.
