Chocolate Nut Cookies
The perfect chocolate nut cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Spelled flour
- 100 g Unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 200 ml Rapeseed oil
- 100 g Agave syrup
- 50 g Maple syrup
- 0,5 Vanilla pods (pulp only)
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Brazil nut chopped
- 200 g Chopped white chocolate
- 100 g Chocolate chopped dark
- 100 ml Milk
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- Parchment paper
Preheat oven to 180 degrees!
- Mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Stir oil, agave syrup, maple syrup and vanilla pulp for approx. 2-3 minutes until frothy! Then whisk each egg individually for about 1 minute!
- Carefully stir in the flour mixture. Then fold in the chocolate, nuts and milk!
- Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and distribute the dough with 2 tablespoons in small heaps! The cookies are about twice as big! 🙂 Bake for 10-15 minutes! I had 4 trays! Then let it cool down!
