- 600 g Flour
- 400 g Butter
- 200 g Ground hazelnut
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Lemon untreated
- 200 g Dark jam
- 200 g Almond sticks
- Put the jam and the almond sticks to one side. Rub the lemon peel
- Knead all ingredients (except those that have been set aside) including the lemon peel into a dough. then put in the refrigerator overnight
- The next day, take a large piece (half an adult’s hand) and twist a long cord with a diameter of 2 cm. Cut off pieces 2-3 cm long with a knife and roll them into balls
- Place the balls on the baking sheet and use the end of a wooden spoon to pierce a kule into which jam is added at the end
- Put the hedgehogs in the oven at 170 °, without the sting, until they are golden brown, then take them out
- Melt the jam and fill it with a syringe or something similar. Very quickly, so that the hedgehogs are all filled while the first chocolate in the hedgehog is already faltering 🙂 then insert 3 almond sticks one after the other, let them cool and you’re done
