Spicy Boiled Ham Omelette

The perfect spicy boiled ham omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 big pinch Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 1 big pinch Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 0,5 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 0,25 Red chilli pepper
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Plucked parsley
  • 3 Radish
  1. Beat the eggs and whisk with coarse sea salt from the mill (1 big pinch), colored pepper from the mill (1 big pinch) and mild curry powder (½ teaspoon). Peel and finely dice the garlic clove. Clean / core the chilli pepper, quarter lengthways and cut into strips. Wash the parsley, shake it dry and pluck it off. Heat the oil (1 tbsp) in a medium-sized pan (24 cm diameter), fry the cloves of garlic with the strips of chili peppers in it / stir-fry, spread the egg mixture over it and let it set slowly. Finally, sprinkle the parsley over the top and serve garnished with radishes. Toast bread, rolls or baguettes are enough.
