Herbed Feta Salami Skewers

The perfect herbed feta salami skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Feta
  • 0,5 bunch Parsley
  • 0,5 bunch Chives
  • 3 Stems Sage
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 10 tbsp Olive oil
  • 150 g Salami in one piece
  • 12 Cherry tomatoes
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 12 Wooden skewers
  1. Wash the herbs and pat dry. Chop the parsley, cut the chives into fine rolls. Pluck the sage leaves from the stems and chop finely. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix the parsley, chives, thyme, garlic and oil. Cut the feta into 12 cubes and turn in the herb oil. Let it steep for about 1 hour.
  2. Cut the salami into 12 cubes. Wash and drain tomatoes. Before serving, stick 1 cheese cube, 1 salami cube and a cherry tomato each on 1 skewer. Place the skewers on a deep platter, grind some fresh pepper over them.
  3. Tip 3: The herbal oil is also suitable for inserting mozzarella balls.
