Annis Tiroler Gröstl
The perfect annis tiroler gröstl recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Jacket potatoes
- 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- 2 Onions
- 1 Apple, approx. 150 g
- 450 g Pork tenderloin
- 125 g Ham cubes
- 1 tbsp Dried marjoram
- Boil the potatoes with their peel until done, allow to cool a little, then peel and cut into thick slices. Fry in 3 tablespoons of hot sunflower oil in a large pan for approx. 15 minutes over medium heat, turning occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
- Peel and dice the onions. Peel, core and roughly dice the apple. Cut the pork tenderloin into thin medallions. Sear them in the remaining oil in a pan. Add with onions, apples and diced ham to the potatoes, season with marjoram and fry for another 5 minutes. Season to taste and serve with beetroot.
