Pasta La Carbonara
The perfect pasta la carbonara recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Discs Ham
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 100 ml Broth
- 100 ml Milk 1.5%
- 1 El Cream cheese
- 1 Egg
- Pepper
- Seasoned Salt
- Iglo 8 herbs frozen
- Pasta as desired
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet for 2 people.
- Finely dice ham and onions. Fry in a pan without fat.
- Finely grate the garlic and sweat with it.
- Deglaze with the stock and milk, stir in the cream cheese and let it reduce slightly.
- Season well and add any amount of herbs :-).
- Drain the pasta and stir into the sauce
- Finally, beat in an egg and keep stirring until it is completely conched.
- Arrange on 2 plates and garnish with a little herbs, done :-).
- One serving is 14 pp for wwler, good hunger.
