Flan Con Macedonia

Ingredients for the flan:

  • 1 liter Milk
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Pc. Vanilla pod
  • 3 tbsp Sugar

Ingredients for Macedonia:

  • 2 Pc. Oranges
  • 1 Pc. Honeydew melon
  • 2 Pc. Apples
  • 2 Pc. Pears
  • 2 Pc. Kiwi fruit
  • 1 Pc. Banana
  • 5 Pc. Lemon balm fresh
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 200 g Sugar

Preparation for the flan:

  1. Bring the milk with ground vanilla to the boil.
  2. Let the sugar in the flan pans caramelize with just a little water.
  3. Meanwhile beat the vanilla sugar with the eggs with the mixer. Stir in the hot milk. Remove the foam with a spoon.
  4. Turn the flan forms with the caramelized sugar so that the walls and bottom are covered. Pour in the egg milk.
  5. Cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes To let it cool down. Turn out to serve.
