Dessert: Mela Cotta Con Macedonia

  • 2 piece Apple
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 50 ml Cream 30% fat
  • 0,5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 sheet Gelatin white
  • 1 piece Kiwi fresh
  • 1 piece Orange fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  1. Peel the apples, remove the core and grate finely.
  2. Heat the milk with the cream and sugar. Add the grated apples and cinnamon and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, soak the gelatine in a little cold water, let it swell, squeeze it out and add to the hot mixture and dissolve it.
  4. Now divide this mixture into three pudding molds and refrigerate.
  5. Before serving, peel the kiwi and fillet the orange. Cut both fruits into bite-sized pieces and mix with a tablespoon of sugar.
  6. Turn the apple pudding out onto a dessert plate and spread the fruit salad around it.
