- 2 piece Apple
- 50 ml Milk
- 50 ml Cream 30% fat
- 0,5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 sheet Gelatin white
- 1 piece Kiwi fresh
- 1 piece Orange fresh
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- Peel the apples, remove the core and grate finely.
- Heat the milk with the cream and sugar. Add the grated apples and cinnamon and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, soak the gelatine in a little cold water, let it swell, squeeze it out and add to the hot mixture and dissolve it.
- Now divide this mixture into three pudding molds and refrigerate.
- Before serving, peel the kiwi and fillet the orange. Cut both fruits into bite-sized pieces and mix with a tablespoon of sugar.
- Turn the apple pudding out onto a dessert plate and spread the fruit salad around it.
