Flan Con Macedonia
The perfect flan con macedonia recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Ingredients for the flan:
- 1 liter Milk
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 2 tbsp Vanilla sugar
- 1 Pc. Vanilla pod
- 3 tbsp Sugar
Ingredients for Macedonia:
- 2 Pc. Oranges
- 1 Pc. Honeydew melon
- 2 Pc. Apples
- 2 Pc. Pears
- 2 Pc. Kiwi fruit
- 1 Pc. Banana
- 5 Pc. Lemon balm fresh
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 200 g Sugar
Preparation for the flan:
- Bring the milk with ground vanilla to the boil.
- Let the sugar in the flan pans caramelize with just a little water.
- Meanwhile beat the vanilla sugar with the eggs with the mixer. Stir in the hot milk. Remove the foam with a spoon.
- Turn the flan forms with the caramelized sugar so that the walls and bottom are covered. Pour in the egg milk.
- Cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes To let it cool down. Turn out to serve.
Preparation for Macedonia:
- Squeeze the juice out of the oranges and simmer together with lemon juice and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Cut the remaining fruit into small pieces and add to the pot. Stir gently and let cool.
