Coconut Macaroons with Surprise

- 6 Protein
- 300 g Sugar
- 150 g Powdered sugar
- 4 packet Vanilla sugar
- 400 g Desiccated coconut
- 100 Baking wafers
- 25 Raffaelo
- Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Mix in all 3 types of sugar well.
- Add the coconut flakes to the protein-sugar mixture and stir again.
- Spread the baking wafers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (keep your distance).
- Cut the Raffaelo crosswise in the middle with a knife.
- Place one half of Raffaelo on each baking wafer.
