Coconut Macaroons Alá Sohnemann

- 80 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 130 g Desiccated coconut
- 2 packet Round baking wafers, medium size
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees (fan oven 130 degrees) and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the sugar with the vanilla sugar and gradually beat into the egg whites.
- Fold in the coconut flakes.
- Spread the wafers on the baking sheet and put small piles of coconut on top.
