Coconut Macaroons Alá Sohnemann

  • 2 Protein
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 130 g Desiccated coconut
  • 2 packet Round baking wafers, medium size
  1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees (fan oven 130 degrees) and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the sugar with the vanilla sugar and gradually beat into the egg whites.
  3. Fold in the coconut flakes.
  4. Spread the wafers on the baking sheet and put small piles of coconut on top.
  5. Bake on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
