Ingredients
 

  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 130 g Desiccated coconut
  • 2 packet Round Wafer paper, medium size

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 150 degrees (fan oven 130 degrees) and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the sugar with the vanilla sugar and gradually beat into the egg whites.
  • Fold in the coconut flakes.
  • Spread the wafers on the baking sheet and put small piles of coconut on top.
  • Bake on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
